The health benefits of a fish oil dietary supplement are accepted by many doctors, because of dozens of supportive research studies. You don’t have to buy the most expensive supplements to get good ones. But, the quality of store brands and “dollar store” specials is questionable, at best. Potency has to do with the amount and type of omega3 fatty acids that are in each capsule. This should be clearly listed on the label, along with the total amount of fat per dose. Typically, the total amount of fat per capsule is one gram or 1000mg. The total amount of omega3s is usually quite a bit less than the total.
A fish oil dietary supplement should provide a large amount of a specific fatty acid, generally referred to as DHA. The actual name is long and hard to remember how to spell, so we usually stick with the three letter abbreviation.

They are also wary, because a fish oil dietary supplement might contain 280mg of DHA or it might contain only 100mg. It’s best to compare the DHA content before you buy, if you want to see the greatest results.
There are many other health benefits of supplementation, including those to the heart and circulatory system. So, even if you have never had a mood swing or trouble concentrating, supplementation is still worthwhile. People with arthritis, inflammatory bowel and other painful conditions have seen there symptoms diminish in a relatively short period of time.
If you buy a fish oil dietary supplement and don’t get the results that you expected, it is likely due to the quality of the brand. The better brands are always beneficial.

You will be amazed at how disproportioned our intake of protein,carbohyrdrates and other nutrients are in comparison to what truly promotes body transformation.
The RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) assessment estimates the number of calories required for daily living and how many calories should be eaten each day.
