Disadvantages:
1. Some supplements are not tested and recommended by the FDA.
2. Other products contain chemicals that are harmful to the body when used for a long duration.
3. Many of these weight loss products do not promote good nutrition and exercise.
4. Side effects can be fatal and some had led to the death of a number of people.
Given the advantages and disadvantages, it is now up to you to decide whether to buy these fat loss products or not.
